Joynex Tools provides browser-based utilities (formatters, encoders, converters, and reference content). Most processing is client-side; availability may vary. The service is provided free of charge. We may display advertisements to support ongoing development and hosting costs.

• Do not abuse the service (spam, automated scraping, DoS).
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not upload or share unlawful content via any site features.
• Do not use the tools to process data you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the service without permission.

The site UI, copy, and original content are owned by Joynex or its licensors. You may use the tools for personal or commercial work, but you may not resell the site itself or copy it as a competing product. Article content may not be republished in full without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted.

If you submit content through the Contact form or other site features, you grant Joynex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or improving the service. You retain ownership of your content.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Always validate results in your own environment. Tool outputs (formatted JSON, encoded strings, hashes, etc.) should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for critical operations without independent verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joynex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or errors in tool outputs. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero for free tools).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joynex from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Joynex operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
