Joynex Tools is built around a simple idea: your inputs should stay on your device. Most tools run entirely in the browser and do not require an account.
- Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser.
- We do not store or log your tool inputs on our servers.
- Basic operational logs may exist at the platform level (e.g. error logs), but they are not intended to contain your tool inputs.
- If we add analytics, it will be opt-in and privacy-preserving.
We do not collect your tool inputs (JSON, text, tokens, etc.). Inputs are processed on-device. If a tool supports copy/export, that action happens in your browser.
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard request metadata (e.g. IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. We use this data to operate the service, not to profile users.
If you contact us, we receive the information you send (for example: your email address and message). We use it only to respond.

We aim to minimize data collection. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and debugging. We implement standard security controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
